Upcoming in April

WHAT’S NEW!

• April will be an exciting month at Precious Butterflies! The children will learn a lot about different aspects of nature, and the Earth. We will plant a garden for Earth Day, learn to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, and have a special visit from an animal balloon storyteller.
• Remember, “April Showers bring May flowers,” so be sure to dress for the change in the weather. Also remember that all of your child’s belongings should have their name on them.
• Miss Alicia’s class will have a picnic on Wednesday, the 24th.
  Parents, please prepare your child’s “picnic basket” lunch so we can easily take it outdoors.

DIG IT!

We will be planting lima beans and corn in clear plastic cups. Once the seeds take root they will go home so the children may care for their plants.
These projects are both fun and interesting.
